We wanted to improve the quality of our services, maintain a consistent, repeatable level of cleanliness in the hotel, and increase the efficiency of cleaning in common areas. So, we began searching for a professional robot vacuum cleaner.

After several weeks of using the co-botic 1900, I can say that the device has met our expectations. The robot operates stably and predictably. We also appreciate the quality of cleaning – our hallways and common areas are always in excellent condition and quality. Staff quickly became accustomed to its use, and daily maintenance takes very little time. In practice, we've also noticed a real reduction in the workload of employees from routine tasks. So far, the robot has operated flawlessly, and technical support is fast and helpful. Overall, our experience has been very positive, and we see long-term value in this solution.

Has the level of cleanliness of the hallway carpets improved since using the co-botic 1900 Drop & Go?

On a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is the starting point, how would you rate the improvement?

Yes, I've definitely noticed an improvement in the cleanliness of the carpets in the hallways where the co-botic 1900 is used. The difference is noticeable to me, the staff, and visitors alike. If I had to rate the improvement from 1 to 10, I can confidently say it's currently a 10. I'm truly very pleased with the device's performance.

How would you and the staff rate the user-friendliness of the co-botic 1900 Drop & Go? Is it easy or complicated to use? 

How long did it take for the staff to become familiar with the new assistant?

Both I and the staff rate the co-botic 1900 Drop & Go as very user-friendly. The device proved simple and intuitive to use, so the familiarization process was very quick. After a short introduction and the first few uses, the staff felt confident and were able to operate the robot independently without any problems. The whole process took literally a few days. Thanks to this, the co-botic 1900 Drop & Go not only presents no difficulties but actually simplifies daily work.

From our conversations, I recall you wanted to reduce the time staff spent vacuuming hallways and the lobby. 

Did we succeed in this area, and was the vacuuming time reduced? Can you estimate how many hours per day were saved and how those hours were reallocated to other tasks in your 4-star hotel?

Yes, we definitely achieved shared success here. Thanks to the co-botic 1900, we were able to significantly reduce the time staff previously had to spend vacuuming the hallways and lobby. The robot took over these tasks on a regular and repetitive basis, which significantly reduced the workload of the employees.
In terms of specific time savings, I estimate that we save approximately 2-3 hours of staff time daily. This time was effectively reallocated to other activities.
