Before moving the i-scrub, make sure the vacuum hose is pushed back into the i-scrub and the i-balance bracket is in vertical position. Bring the i-scrub in the storage position, with the machine standing on its wheels. Be careful not to move the i-scrub on uneven floor, as this could damage the machine.
-
- Do not switch the water tank caps. The dirty water tank cap maintains vacuum power—switching it will cause the i-scrub to lose suction. Always seal the tanks tightly.
- Pre-sweep the area. Remove any objects that may obstruct cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
- Make sure the squeegee blade and wheels are not worn out for spotless and streakfree result.

No, the i-balance system evenly distributes the weight, reducing strain and making the i-mop easy to maneuver 360 degrees. It also allows the machine to be parked in any position. Avoid storing it using the i-balance to prevent brush damage.

First, ensure that the i-power batteries are fully charged and properly connected to the machine (the blue battery to the blue nest and the grey battery to the grey nest). Fill the clean water tank with up to 4 liters of water. Check that the dirty water tank is empty and the rubber lid is tightly closed to maintain vacuum power. Next, select your cleaning mode: you can combine the brush, water and cleaning solution, dry vacuum, low or high vacuum, eco modes in various ways as needed. Once set, pull the trigger to begin cleaning.
